Right now, being lazy is okay. I like that.

Nolu is over halfway here! The snow has seemed to stay south of I-70, so she's going to try and make either Topeka or Manhattan tonight, which will put her here into Denver tomorrow around 4pm if she starts at 10am.

It has decided to snow after all here in Wichta, so I hope it stays clear that far north! Pretty poor visibility and disgusting, wet snow right now.

SIX MOTHER****ING DAYS OFF FROM SCHOOL IN A ROW! *dances* The university just called off classes for tomorrow. FOUR snow days in a row, with a weekend in between!

I do have to be to work at 8, because the zoo animals don't feed themselves, but at least no afternoon classes!

With the weather we're having right now, it's better you avoided this area. The roads are pretty shitty and the city hasn't even begun to clean them up yet.

There's a Goodwill/thrift store close by where I normally get Jack groomed. I decided to check it out today while Jack was at the groomers since I needed new pants from work - I always buy cheap jeans for work since they wear out and rip so quickly.

They were having their weekly sale today, and I got SEVEN pairs of jeans, three pairs of shorts, three t-shirts, and a formal skirt for TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS! Major score.

We are getting ducks! We go to a local trainer to train on sheep, hopefully at some point I'll get good enough at stock work to practice at home on our ducks in between sheep sessions!

I know. Normally I pay $5-10 for a pair of jeans at the thrift store I normally go to. I think I will be frequenting this one from now on!

Dunno what breed yet, we're just starting to plan for them! They will be pets as well as hopeful stockwork.

I groom little dogs pretty well, but I cannot groom a puppy BC... I hacked Recon's pants off the other day and his butt looks so funny! XD
