I quit my 2nd job. My boss was SO nice about it, she totally understood, she was so complimentary on the work I have done and my skills, and told me that no matter what I choose to do, I'm going to be really good at it. :) That made me feel so good. I went into it crying and came out smiling.

And I'm really relieved that I won't have that added stress on me. I'm just not the type of person that can work 6-6 every day (that's what I was doing with these two jobs). I don't see how people do it. I know for some it's a necessity but I just mentally cannot handle that. My current job is only 5hrs a day (except when the school is on vacation, then I get 7-8 hour days) so eventually I will have to find something with more hours but for now, this is enough.

Vibes for this job please! I walked in the building and just felt right at home, like I hadn't ever been gone. I got to see "my" rhino again. And I got a behind-the-scenes tour of tigers. But I REALLY REALLY want this job! I can see myself here for several years, actually...I just love these animals. It's also awesome because we're expanding out elephant exhibit (well, creating a brand new one!) in the next several years, and that wold be fascinating.

Came home to Greenmagik Soaps!

And bonus outtake m, featuring Huck
Yay! So glad it made it:)

Hope you enjoy!!!

My good news...I came home to 50 lbs of coconut oil, 7 lbs of olive, 7 lbs of rice bran, and 7 lbs of lard on my front porch...its soapin' time!!!!

I am tentatively looking into LLC and thinking about actually trying to sell for real...maybe...in the upcoming months.

I had a disc dog dream last night. It was awesome, Talon was awesome, and I was spectacular! lol :p

The highlight was when I was on my back, Talon did a foot stall, and then I rolled up backwards into a handstand with Talon still in a foot stall position and than Talon did a handston on my feet as I did a handstand. Than we both switched to on hand/foot handstands. :rofl1:

OMG if dreams came true haha

I have tomorrow off and have no plans.

All I want to do is stop coughing long enough to go on a run with the LBD and wash my truck. And finish my laundry and mop and vacuum. Other than that, I'm excited to have a WHOLE DAY OF SITTING ON MY ASS.

It's the only thing I'm good at.

I had quite a good birthday yesterday in spite of having to work. So grateful to have good friends and a wonderful family :).

Also, Gabe peed on his daddy and not on me this morning. LOL, it's the small things.

Had my interview with Dish this morning. I think it went well, and they asked for my consent to run a background check, so fingers crossed! This job would allow me to pay off my debts, and then move and get my own place (!!!)

Hubby is having hip replacement surgery next Wednesday. This is good news because he'll finally be on the road to being pain free and able to move.

During this time I'm so thankful for our church family. My friend called just now to arrange to watch Hannah the day of the surgery for us so I can be at the hospital and to arrange meals for us through our church family for as long as we need them. I'm so grateful for that. not having to worry about spending that extra 45 minutes to an hour each night making a meal on top of caring for Brian really takes a load off my shoulders. She also offered to take Hannah anytime and take her to any of her commitments like gymnastics or Awana, etc for us. It's just so nice to have that support system, especially the first few weeks when he's going to be really restricted physically and I'm going to even have to help him get dressed :)
