I thought that this group of photos (taken last night on my phone simply because the camera battery is dead!) described Cali and Moses' relationship perfectly. For those who don't know, Moses aka Mo, is the family dog.. a ten year old Cocker Spaniel. He does well to tolerate her like he does, he's the best! 
"Hmm.. I think I want that bone..."
"If I give you puppy eyes, will you give it to me?"
"I'll have to try another tactic...."
(proceeds to crawl over Moses as he continues to pay no attention)
That's maybe a quarter of her toys, if even that.. and yet, she would prefer the one he has.
If ya can't beat em, join em!
And we had a sleeping bag out, so of course, Moses went over and fell fast asleep. I looked back over in another five minutes and saw this...
The only time he lets her get this close is when a) they're both chewing a nylabone and b) when he's fast asleep and doesn't realize she's even there.
"Hmm.. I think I want that bone..."
