Nothing. I try and eat as healthy and balanced as possible. Though I do have problems on concentrating sometimes so I take Ginko.
I also add flaxseed (gound up) to my müsli in the morning. :)

I take a prenatal, Vit D, and fenugreek. If I wasn't nursing I would probably take none of those (okay probably the prenatal).
