I LOVED the Stinky Dinky story! What a little rebel with lots of character. That is just so cool... and he lived a looong, prosperous life, to boot!

Sigh !! It pains me that kids today can't be given the freedom that I or even my kids had. I'd be gone for hours with my dog, or with a horse with my parents blessings. Could leave at 10 a.m. and say I'd be back by 4 or 5. No cell phones or worry. So sad .

maybe it belongs in the old foggy magazine mom gets..Reminen.....something or other. Last issue i thumbed thru i thought oh my god..the things i grew up with are in here..surely not..but twas true..sonny and cher, clackers, all of it..sigh..i don't feel like it should be in there..how about aarp...days gone by? sighhhhhhhhhh

That is such a great story he sounds like he was a truly outstanding dog :). Love the pic too and the picture from the paper how neat is that.
