Something is Wrong With My Camera. =(

I'm in Colorado now, and I took my camera in to be looked at. Something in the computer part of it is shot, and it was going to cost over $400 to send it in to Pentax and have it repaired. That's almost the price of another camera. Also, nobody wanted the camera itself, even for parts... so I walked out of the shop and left it there. Got $30 for the lens. =/
I called Blake and cried cause I was angry and frustrated, and he broke the news to me that he had been planning on buying me the Canon I always wanted for Christmas, and that he was going to surprise me, but since I was really sad about losing my only real camera, he told me then. <3
So yeah, the camera was shot, but I only have to wait a little bit, and my wonderful man is getting me a new one as a gift. I love him. =)
