Ughhh I just need a whiney thread! My whole body is against me. I haven't been in this much pain for AGES. I feel so helpless, because I CANNOT move.
Yesterday I went jogging - and I tripped over a root, which caused some major pain in my heel. Which isn't too bad, because I'm used it, since I have some problems with my heel anyways. Then in the morning of course every muscle in my body hurt, since I haven't actually jogged in forever.
And to make it even worse, while getting out of bed I pinched a nerve in my neck, that runs down into my arm.
I can't even hold my head straight when I walk so it looks really awkward.
I just put one of those heat bandages and it burrnnnnnssss SO SO SO bad. I hope it will be worth it - because it burns.so.bad.
