Well I obviously like the name Rowan ;)

Do you know what color he is yet? I really like Emmitt, Rykker, Ruger, Klause, Teller, Vulcan and Balor. Of those I think my favorites for a Boerboel are Rykker and Klause! Maybe Rayder too...

I like:
Bridger
Conan
Flynn
Klause

Solid names with a good 'mouth feel' when you say them. Truthfully, I went through your list and said every name. Some of them, I just didn't like how they 'felt'. But I like easy names for when I get talking too fast.

Good list of names you have there.. easier to list the ones I don't like lol

-Emmitt.. too over done
-Kingston.. maybe cause I leave near there, it sounds weird as a dog name lol
-Vulcan... could be a fun name for a big dog, but might get called Spock
-Wren..wren's are tiny, not much for 'opposite' names
-Beck.. Beck and call, or Glen Beck.. neither conjure flattering images

I think I am really leaning towards the name Klause. I've never met or even heard of a dog named Klause before. I am hoping to shorten the list and have names ready for when the pup comes and we can see what works and what does't.

Josefina & Buddy came named, it kind of gets confusing around here with the boys because Buddy's real name is Buddy & I have a bad habit of calling ALL males "buddy" as a nickname xD.

But in the event I have to name (which is my favorite thing about getting a new pup/dog) I usually let the puppy name itself, I "try on" names & see which one meshes the best with how the puppy is developing.

Best of Luck, whatever you choose & remember to post lotsa pics :D
