Okay guys.. post some pictures of your dogs with snow on their noses, their noses in snow.. etc! :D

I'm taking Middie outside now (can it GET any colder? No, don't answer that) so I'll have some later today, I promise. :)

For now, bring on the adorable pictures of your pups when they've stuck their faces in the snow! Or when you've "missed" with a snowball. ;)

Yes yes it's ok for all you guys who get lovely snow - all we have is wind, rain and an overcast sky.

    It's almost like summer :D

Ah, so you're not the only ones asking yourselves... is it just me? Or was our summer not all that different? Rain. Wind. CLOUDS. And the ten day forecast ladies and gents.... more RAIN and CLOUDS and stormy winds. It's a conspiracy! Although snow and puppy pictures are always nice :p

This was in another thread I recently started, but if there's a dedicated snow nose thread then dang-it-all, I'd adding this one. From today:

    I love snowy noses :)

Forgive the grainy-ness of this picture, the picture is in my scrapbook so I had to take a photo with my digital camera.

This is Snap. He was my grandpa's. Trained as a guard dog but a big BABY with the family. He was beautiful.

Here's my best snow nose picture:

Dance doesn't get much snow on her nose - she tries hard to keep her face out of the snow, so I don't really have any good pictures of her.

GREAT pics, guys. Darby, I don't think yours counts.. that's a snow-face, ROFL!!! And Sunny looks so dainty with that little smidge of snow on her nose. :)

Middie was not cooperative, because.. guess what.. there were DEER! Right in the yard. It was too much for him, lol. I finally gave up after dozens of crappy pics.

OC would like to demonstrate what a "real" snow nose looks like:

In Husky terms, "snow nose" is when the middle of the dog's nose turns bright pink in the winter then black in the summer LOL

    But keeping to the theme of this thread;

"no dont take the picture yet! I still gotta get more snow on my nose!"

StunnedMonkey - that looks like it's frozen to her nose! That picture is too cute!

I wish we would get some snow so that I had snow pictures to share! :(

Awww you guys those are GREAT!!!! :)

And OC.. it's not only the middle of the nose, silly. Their whooole nose and even some of the skin on eye rims and such (in extreme cases) turn pink. My neighbor's dog's nose turns pink in spots, it's so cute.. like she's got freckles.. (But ADORABLE picture :D Now where's Ronan????)
