My Ella, a 1 yearold blacklab/goldenretreiver cross has just suddenly developed some small dry lumps about 1/2" by 1/2" on her forehead and just a day ago around the ridge above her eyelids. She's not bothered by it, not scratching or they're not puss-filled. It almost looks like little marbles underneath her skin(maybe 3-4) along the ridge.

She's had her shots and treated for heartworm, fleas etc.. you name it. We were camping almost a month ago, and haven't really done anything outlandish or changed diet.

I can't figure it out. A local friend I ran into say's it might be common with Black Labs.

Anyone might have an idea? I'd be very grateful for your insights.

I have a black lab, and she has a couple moles on her face. But what you describe sounds like it could be ringworm. My lab got ringworm and she had this round bump on her lip that was crusty. We had to put an ointment on it. Ringworm is contagious to people and other mammals, but its not serious, just annoying.

We'll be headed to the vet's shortly, that was never in question, but was hoping someone might have had a similar exp.

Will let you all know, regardless and try and send pics for reference for others in future as well.

Thanks.
