Did you try the books or the show?

And do you like any medieval fantasy?
I tried the show.

I'm not sure I've ever really tried any medieval fantasy before. I love The Once and Future King, and all the Arthurian stuff. That's probably as close as I've gotten.

I do need to find a new show to watch. I am going to keep stalking this thread looking for ideas.

Lord of the Rings is a geek show for me. Obviously.
I used to be the huuuugest LOTR geek. Like I almost embarrass myself thinking back on it. LOVED IT.

Still love it! Just not obsessed anymore haha.

I do tend to obsess a lot, nice to know other people do as well (I think my friends think I am a bit crazy).

I forgot I love American Horror Story BUT I've only seen the first season thus far. I wouldn't say I geeked out or got as obsessed as some other shows of mine, but I really like it a lot.

Oh, how did I forget that one? I haven't watched S3 yet but I loved 1 & 2.

I know I had totally forgotten too lol. I may start season 2 right now actually since it's on netflix now.
It's VERY different but with the same cast, which was a little jarring for me at first, but one or two episodes in and I got totally sucked in. I just had to get past "Hey, that's Constance!" "Oh, there's Tate!" because they're not anymore, lol. It's an interesting way they do it but I like it.

My step-sis told me that and I was a little disappointed at first - I kind of wanted the same cast/characters (plus, Dylan McDermott *drools*) but she said it's cool how they do, so I'm excited to start.

Uh, DOCTOR WHO.

And also SHERLOCK.

And nobody seems to share my love for Classic Doctor Who, even when there are these awesome monsters

lol I can't stop laughing at Xandra's comment.

I'm giving Doctor Who a chance because why not, but I really just want to punch Rose in the face.

Yeah Rose is annoying as hell. Bear with it, it gets better (aka Rose leaves)

ETA: I'm totally one of "those fans" that says Doctor Who is more than a TV show. It's as close to a religion as I get. It's not called "cult" sci-fi for nothing :p

I'm going to have to go with the second part as well.

Also, you have to make it past the first "new season" before the cheese gets more bearable lol.

Also, David Tennant in a suit. My GOD. SEX IN CONVERSES RIGHT THERE.
