Lookie!!

The article isn't about her but it is about the rescue that she's staying with. I thought you guys would get a kick out of it. :p

Backstory for anyone that doesn't know: Sadie is a former foster dog that came from Smkie to me last Thanksgiving. She got adopted out and then returned and now she's hanging out at doggie daycare until she finds a new family.

How cool! It really looks like a nice place. She's having a good time, seems like. How fun for you to have found that in the paper!

I was thinking of her this morning and wishing she had a family for Christmas. Maybe they can trim up those legs and body and give her a cute cut. If I had the funds I would send them, I wonder if the damage done by the fleas is why she didn't grow out evenly all over. Thanks for the update, it is nice to see she is in loving hands.

They're a great organization and she is having a BLAST at doggie daycare. Her anxiety levels are super low because she's so tired from playing all day that she has no energy to stress herself out.

Unbelievable that no one has taken her home forever.
I know. :( She's such a lovable little girl and I think she'd do amazing in the right home with people willing to work with her and understand her anxiety. Unlike her "people" who were condemning her for it. I'm still mad at them.

She's actually really stinking cute when she's dry. Her leg fur didn't grow in quite right though - it's really thin so she looks like a walking puffball. LOL

She was awful chewed up on those legs, hopefully with a couple more seasons it might thicken up. I thought it didn't look right in an earlier pic you sent. Such a dirty rotten shame. She knew nothing, and she is so freaking smart imho.JUst like the one that just dropped a tennis ball on my keyboard, she needs someone to see what I saw in her. Hopefully Santa will send someone like that her way. A year of work, and you could have the grandest little dog...I write as the tennis ball just rolled off the keyboard in my lap, again. Took a year for Pepper to believe I was real and truly loved her.
Wish I could have kept SAdie. She cam every time I called, even when she knew I would take her back. She wouldn't come running for anyone else. Please santa...send someone that sees the spark and is willing to feed it.
It's good to hear she is happy. I will pass those words along.

I still can't believe no one has adopted her. :(

I'm going to post her up on FB. But yay for paper publicity!
