I went to Petsmart today to buy a small bag of Iams so Sawyer has something to eat tonight and I have something to mix with whatever new and better food I pick up this week and found that Petsmart now carries Royal Canin. They still have Eukanuba stocked as "The Best" (placement-wise) but I might get a small bag of RC and see how Sawyer does on it. I'm getting desperate about his breath. It's bad.

Does he have food stuck in his teeth? Maybe that is why it stinks.

I realized yesterday why his breath is so bad most days: If I'm not watching him, he'll sneak upstairs and eat the bedding the my rats have kicked out of their cage. I vacuum regularly, but they usually kick some out every night and it's not something *I* think about first thing in the morning, but apparently Sawyer does. I have him a Greenie and a pig ear yesterday afternoon and his breath is much better. I'm still going to switch his food though.
