Row the boat!

I don't know when my dog Hunter started doing this but When we used to have him chained on a leash in the kitchen because he would leave his mark everywhere So he would stand up on his hind legs and with his front legs just like row them like on a boat it's really funny! :lol-sign: It basiclly means like he either wants to go outside to go potty or wants water or just wants to be let off the leash!
