Oh doG I love Rory. Those pictures are just way too adorable Jessie! We need to see Rory more often. 
As for two collars, all of my dogs wear two collars (only when we leave the house though) one has their tags on it and the other is connected to their leash. That way if the collar would fail the collar with their tags is still on them. lol
