This is Zuri, a husky mix pup. She was new last week, but I didn't get her pic until this week. She is a sweet girl!

If she didn't blink, this would have been a very cute pic.

This is Simone, new GSD mix. I don't know how she is on leash, but she is large, and seems very powerful. Nice girl, probably should be adopted by someone who knows GSDs, or at least has had a large, powerful dog before.

You haz squeaky toy??

Squeaky toyyyyyyyyyyyy

Yay! I haz toy!

She liked this toy, she shredded it in about five seconds. I put my foot near her while she was chewing and she tensed up a bit. I think she's a dog who's going to test her new owner a bit, but she's smart and I'm sure with training she'll be a great dog!

This is Jaise, I think he looks like a purebred Rhodesian Ridgeback, just born without a ridge. He's a doll, a little hand shy, but is ok once he trusts you.

Getting pets from prospective adopters. I think they put an application on him.

And I had to take a picture of this face. Seriously, how can people walk by Poochie and NOT want him? I don't understand how people keep passing up a face THIS adorable!

A happy picture of Sims. He went home on Sunday!

This beagle is Wiggles, she was returned during the week for chewing, escaping and not being housetrained. I can feel you all rolling your eyes...

This is Glenna. She has been at FOHA for several months now. I guess people don't notice her because she's just another boring brown dog. She does pull on the leash a little, but she's a sweetie pie, and she loves other dogs. Glenna is a good family dog.

And another volunteer and I let Airey play with Leanne (shep/husky mix) because they are both high energy dogs and we wanted them to burn off some energy. They had a good romp. They've both been at FOHA a while because of their high energy, plus other issues. Leanne, for example, has a horrible mouthing problem. I posted in the training section about it, she nearly ripped my pants off after running around with Airey.

Airey the airedale terrier mix. He was adopted, but came back a while ago because he has separation anxiety.

"Iz bites your leg!"

"pant pant pant pant pant"

I love all of these dogs.

I think the husky mix and Airey are my favorites.
I am going through the SA problem right now with Bear, its a PITA but I am doing good with his training so hopefully he won't get worse.
