Replacing a lupine leash

Has anyone sent in a lupine item to be replaced? Do you have to write them a letter or something, or just mail the item and they'll know what to do?

Just mail it to the address they list for returns - be sure you include your address so they know where to send the replacement. Or if you have a local retailer, they can send it in for you if your replacement is in stock at their store.

When I was dogsitting I had to replace collars several times. I just took them back to the store where they were purchased and they switched them out.
