Remember that Dog Park/Doggy Daycare....

.....that I posted about taking Jack to a while back? Well, I'm glad I went with my instincts and decided not to leave him there for daycare. Apparently one of the staff members was seen taking half a dozen or so of the daycare dogs out to go potty in a group *off leash* in an unfenced parking lot next to the building. The place is literally in the middle of town--there are very busy roads going right next to it. I would have had a stroke if I found out they did that with my dog!

Good grief! What an idiot! Do you know if anyone has informed the owners of the Daycare about this? Seems like a lawsuit just waiting to happen - heaven knows I'd be out for blood if my dog was hit by a car while in their care.

Good Lord! Our daycare has no less than 4 doors between any dog and the road (six if you are a little dog), and one of them is absolutely impossible for a dog to open.
I see very few reasons for a dog who is at daycare to be taken out of the building at all, much less on leash!

I want to make my own doggie daycare with camera's all over the place so people can watch there dogs on the internet when they are at work. Wouldn't that be cool?
