My dogs are 8 months and 5 1/2 months. They play very well with my mom's two italian greyhounds and love being around them. My question is, if I'm out on a walk is it normal for them to pull towards other dogs and bark? Does that signal any kind of fear or DA?

Emma will pull her way towards the other dog and bark until she gets close up then she'll start hopping around the other dog. Bentley does the same sort of thing.. zooming around the other dog and barking.

Is this play or is it something that I should be worried about??

They are probably signaling to you "hey mom, i want to meet that dog and play with it". Unless they are actually being aggressive to other dogs, then I wouldn't worry. Just make sure the other dogs aren't hurting them if they are larger. They are young, so this is still a good time to teach them good manners about approaching other dogs too. Some dogs don't take kindly to barking, and others react the same way, and just want to play and have fun.

I think I have one of Riley. They're very poorly bred petstore IG's though. Riley has lost all of his teeth and both IG's broke their legs within the first few days of being at my mom's :(.
