So, long story short, my aunt and her husband have always been super smitten with Cali... which is definitely something because my uncle is not one for small, fluffy dogs. Up until a month ago, they had two shih-tzus (3 year old Buffy and 15 year old Molly), and after Molly's health began declining, my aunt got me to help her find some Papillon puppies. Of course, I only gave her a list of good breeders, and after she had to put Molly to sleep, she contacted Diamondsun Papillons.
She's been talking to the breeder for awhile now, except they're not the type of people who would normally justify spending $1200 on a dog.
However, they seem extremely close to making an exception.. so fingers crossed that Cali gets a little Papillon cousin! (which, btw, means Papillon puppy pictures for the forum!)
