So after googling...(and being told I am going to die soon, that I have Epilepsy and a thyriod problem) I'm just going to ask here if anyone has had this before.

So many a year ago, I had this weird sensation, while either falling asleep or actually being asleep that my whole body was shaking. The first time this happened I actually thought it was a mild earthquake and fell back asleep. Second time, I thought it was odd - and it wasn't until the third time that I realized it was ME. Though I wasn't physically shaking (I think).
So this happened on and off for about 6 months and then it went away. Hasn't happened up until last night, and today. I took a nap earlier, and while falling asleep I felt like my whole body was shaking. I checked my puls (because I thought it could be that) but it was normal.
Anyone have this happen? Or am I just odd. :p Not sure if it could be some kind of anxiety attack?

Oh, I have! Also, had the feeling like I was plunging to my death. That one is fun, I automatically sit up in my sleep and then wake up while sitting :p

Honestly, I thought it was normal until like, a year ago when I was asking some people in chat if it ever happened to them :lol-sign:

Just epilepsy? Every time I google symptoms I end up with cancer or a brain tumor.

I've only had something like that when slipping into sleep paralysis. Then usually I'm thrashing around and conscious of it, but I'm not doing much more than shaking.

I just clupped all the cancer things into the I'm going to die area. ;)

I'll have to ask SO if I'm actually shaking. I opened my eyes and it seems I was - but you never know. I couldn't actually tell. :p

Jess - I asked some people... and they were like... no. You're weird. Go see a doctor. :lol-sign: Then again, I also faint often - and no doctor can actually tell me why. I just do - but there is no reason.

Happens to me ALL THE TIME. Well, fairly regularly anyway, and there are times when it happens more or less often. I never really thought anything of it.

I also have Exploding Head Syndrome. Yay! :rofl1:
