Prick ears vs cropped ears

I did have someone tell me they were surprised they couldn't feel the wires in Jazz's ears. They honestly thought that was how you got them to stand. Nice couple just misinformed

Not us! But I think it's because German Shepherds are a pretty widely recognized breed, so most people know that their ears are naturally pricked.

I've had comments, over the years. Including "I hope you don't crop those ears, they look great natural" in regards to a GSD puppy.

I like Dobermans that are cropped but would not get it done. Kris gets to keep her ears but her tail was already docked.

A few years ago I phoned up about some Scottish Terriers that were advertised as we used to breed and show them. Hung up in a hurry when they said they had not docked their tails!! I should hope they didn't as they have a natural tail.
