I came into this thread late, glad to hear Hannah is doing better. At our rescue shelter we had a mastiff mix who got bloat, me and another volunteer rushed him to the vet, $8000 later (paid for by the rescue, not us!) he is all better and now in a foster home.

I'm glad Hannah got through her ordeal all right.

Hannah is HOME!!! She is resting comfortably and is quite zonked from her pain medications....but she's HOME!! I'm so excited. I know we have a rough road ahead of us, but to have her home again is the most wonderful feeling.
She goes back to the vet first thing in the morning for more treatment, but if all goes well, they'll remove her cathaders and wean her off of the fluids and pain medications.
