PMS=Cleaning mode? What?

Bloaty, cranky, but somehow in the mood to make everything shine The oven is cleaning, the counters glistening, all clothes are hung and put away from the washer/dryer frenzy yesterday, I'm going to tackle the fridge in a minute, and have dragged the carpet cleaner out of the closet as well!

WTF? I normally don't handle PMS like this, hahaha Anyone else get 'nesting' PMS? I'd wager all husbands would LOVE PMS if it always came like this :rofl1:

If I run out of work here (not bloody likely) and still have these 'urges'.......I could see me jumping in the car and driving 6-8 hours to clean for you! :rofl1:

Cleaning is my method of procrastination. PMS or not, if I have a paper to write you'll know it because everything will be ridiculously clean.

PMS, super pissed, occasionally a brilliantly good mood, those are the only times I really clean. I try to keep picked up and such, but as far as polishing, dusting, sorting, etc, well that requires a little extra boost

I clean when I'm really stressed out and upset. I get a critical point where I feel like my life is spinning out of control so I take control of the one thing I CAN - the mess in the house. Many years ago I worked at a place where our boss was just terrible, and one afternoon, my co-worker and I spent a few hours FUMING about what was going on... and completely cleaning the office from top to bottom. It was actually kind of hilarious.

Well, now you've got me thinking- I used to clean like that when I was majorly p*ssed off. My PMS symptoms? Why, massive (and I do me massive) mood swings, anger and irrationality. So now I'm wondering if all those cleaning frenzies happened when I was PMSing and didn't know it.
