Incredibly late comment, but my heart just about stopped when I looked at the pic of your puppy. S/He is the spittin' image of my lhasa apso/poodle cross Sparky that i had growing up. I had to pinch myself to keep from crying when i saw your picture.

Yes, I'd definately say Lhasa/poodle cross!
