Stryder was in need of a haircut so since I had time in my shop he got a nice grooming. Still in a German Clip, fully hand scissored of course. He needs to still grom some more hock hair and such but that's ok. It was just a quicky groom.

Awww cuties....Wanna groom Pepe like that? LOL...He'll hate me.

That must of taken forever!

Getting that poof is not just a one comb over kind of thing. And Pepe just has ''poof'' on his head and ears, and it takes foreeeeeeever lol.

It doesn't take that long. Of course he is fully bathed and blowdryed completely straight before scissoring but to actually finish him doesn't take too long (plus it was just a quicky this time as I am growing out parts of his legs and such)

What kind of comb do you use? I use a single layer, fine-pick comb...so yeah I see why its takes forever for me.

I use a comb with a fine side and a course side, but unless the dog has tangles it really doesn't matter what kind of comb you use (fine is better to make sure everything is out). Once they are brushed out you just fluff and scissor.
