I guess this could go in the food section, but I'm not sure. I'll put it here since it's not about specific foods. If it needs to move, feel free to move it over.

Summer has been here two days now. She won't touch her kibble. She'll eat her wet food and she'll eat treats up really well, but not the kibble. At home she was eating more. Is it just the adjustment time? She's been drinking and pooping and peeing normally. She just spits out the kibble whenever I give it to her. Any advice?

Sounds like a battle of wills to me . . . . She's probably not that crazy about kibble, but when the other dogs were around, she knew she'd better eat it or lose out entirely. Now that she's the ONLY dog, she can afford to be persnickety. She thinks ;)

go with the flow --- don't worry

Hi:
Just go with it.... Don't worry - As long as she is eating the wet and treats...

Offer the kibble with the wet on top...

You can also put a little bit of Parmesian cheese on top of the kibble... ( just shake a little of the parm cheese on top and mix in)

See if that helps..
