Hello,
If anyone researches my previous posts, you'll see that since we got Elektra in March, we've gone to the vet quite a bit (GI issues and most recently, an ear issue). With each trip costing between $60 and $90 (or even $265 once!). I'm starting to question our original decision to not get pet health insurance.
Does anyone have any experience with this topic? Any recommended companies? As far as I understand, for example, VPI has a $50 per incident deductible and then pays about 90% of the difference. So, most of the time, this would not really pay off.
Any suggestions or experiences?
