One of our last foster kittens had ringworm. Even though we kept them quarantined in the bathroom one of my daughters and I both have it. We went to the dr and got some cream. But now our kitten Zoey has one on her ear. The other kitten had pills to get rid of it which I figure we will also get tomorrow.
My question is...how do we keep Gracie or anyone else from getting it without quarantining Zoey?

This might sound totally crazy but I had a ringworm puppy years ago. And we covered the ringworm in clear nail polish. It sufficates the fungus and keeps it from touching other creatures.

I'd do the nail polish every morning. Then it would be a little warn off at night and we would put on the antifungal cream on at night.

But it still gives me the willies!!

Thank you, we may try this. I don't want anyone else getting it or passing it around....but I don't want to secluded her from the rest of the family either.
