When I travel, which is frequently, my husband updates me on Zoe. He tells me how many times he walked her, which other doggie friends she got to play with, all the cute things she does, and....naturally, how often she poops and the "form" in which the poop took (firm and normal, soft, or runny). I know it sounds weird and gross, but it's the best indicator for me to know ho her health is. He laughs at me every time I ask for the poop report, but I just know some of you here must care, too!

Guilty. When I'm away, I want to know how many times, what it looked like, and how much they are all drinking, playing, sleeping, etc. I'm also the kind of mommy who talks to them on the phone long distance.

I always look when we are on walks and depending on the person i will ask. But if we are in the yard there is no way to keep up with 4 dogs. The only one we can keep track of is Whisper since shes the only one who produces her size LOL.

My mom is that way too and so am i heart dog. My mom is in Texas right now and she wants pics of Whisper EVERYDAY, calls the house JUST to talk to her, and asks where she slept, how much she ate, what she ate, how was she when she got brushed, how many times she barked (not really but thats what it feels like LOL)

Ermmmm... no.

I don't ask! I would hope someone would tell me if she had the runs or something.

To be fair, I'm not often away from her.

I keep track of poops, but like Dizzy, I am not away from them more than one day. So no asking someone else for poop reports! LOL

(but if I were away more than a day........I am pretty sure I would want a full run down on the whole shabang :D)

Not that in depth, but I do usually ask "Did he poop this morning?" Only if I'm watching for something, or he's acting funny and I become alarmed, do I get interested in the details.
