Sam over at Pooch Master writes about an Ohio State Appeals Court striking down a city ordinance in Toledo that limited residents to one vicious dog, or one pit bull.

In general...
"Since we conclude that there is no evidence that pit bulls are inherently dangerous or vicious, then the city ordinance limitation on ownership is also arbitrary, unreasonable, and discriminatory," Judge Skow wrote."
