I lazed out tonight and baked GFS (Gordon Food Service) Lasagna with broccoli and garlic toast on the side.

I had a lean cuisine lasagna with broccoli on the side..........hold the toast :D

Dinner today was smothered chicken, mashed taters, steamed asparagus and buttermilk biscuits.

Dessert was lemon meringue pie.

I think I might try to make seafood alfredo from scratch for dinner tonight. This is Justin's first Good Friday EVER that he wasn't spending with his family, and most especially his grandfather who just passed away. Gramps always took the family out to an Italian restaurant, and Justin always had seafood alfredo. It'll be just the 2 of us, but hopefully at least I can help him retain one tradition.

Last night ended up being a shrimp pasta cooked in cider. Yummy!!

Tonight is STEAK NIGHT...14oz of KC Strip cooked to a juicy, fairly bloody perfection.
