So i have moved to SC where I'll be working at and livign at a boarding kennel.
When I got here this evening, the owner was in the office and I asked if there were any dogs out so I could bring mine thru and put them out in the yard. She said no dogs were out - well, she didn't mention her dog...
I brough Nyx and Tyr into the office to walk them through to the back door and out to the yard and the owner's GSD was behind the counter ~ front feet on the counter, barking at us as we walked in. Nyx just walked thru without so much as a glance.
(For those who don't know, Nyx has been dog reactive. We've worked on it, but we don't get very many chances to work around other dogs.)
This is the closest she's ever been to another dog and not reacted, and that other dog was barking at her. I am so super proud
