Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers..

Hi everyone, I was just surfing the internet and randomly came across this discussion thread regarding tollers and decided to sign up. I am actually awaiting the arrival of my first toller coming from nova scotia from a reg. ckc breeder tomorrow. see profile photo taken last sunday by the breeder.
anyway, im very excited, but at the same time really want to introduce the little guy properly. its been almost a decade since i have last had a dog. If anyone can recommend anywhere in the Calgary area where i could start with puppy obedience training, social doggy meets etc.. (hes nine weeks old) I think id like to later try agility type training, and possibly some gun dog exercises, but my primary concern right now is to get off to a good start. Socialization is very important and id be interested in starting that with him immediately. any and all help would be greatly appreciated. I can only read so much "dog training for dummies" and cezar millan!
