Well, I always think that if they get one warning they probably won't do anything. Like the dog in the truck. But if <cross your fingers> someone else called and complained. Maybe he'd wake up.

the dog should be on a leash or with the owner. I would find out whose dog it is and complain to the owners. Im thinking that the owner doesn't care if the dog gets hit. That's animal cruelty so therefore I would just call animal control and hope that dog will be with someone who will take much better care. And I hate people who put their dogs on the back of their trucks and leaving the passengers seat empty. I've once seen a very gigantic dog dead on the freeway and it was nasty. Nobody couldn't see it and it got run over so many times that the head was gone. And when your on the freeway it's hard to do an emergency break so you have no choice to run it over and you can totally feel an bit bump. By the way, I didn't run the dog over my friend was driving and didn't see the dead dog and ended up running it over because she couldn't change lane.

Well, I went running wednesday, and this little dog started chasing me again,(same dog as before) and the owners were outside. I stopped running and turned around towards the dog. The owner said "Oh he won't bite, he's just trying to play" (This dog was NOT wanting to play). The owners tried to get the dog, but he just ran away from them. Yesterday, when I ran by their house, the owners were outside, and the little dog was tied up with his leash. Something that really made me mad, while I was running, I saw a gorgeous red nose pit bull running loose. No collar, nothing...That could end up being really bad for that dog.

Maybe, since you're a fellow Pit owner, you can talk to the owner and share your concerns with him/her. People are usually willing to listen to you after you admire their dog, lol.

The problem is, I don't know who he belongs to. He just roams around everywhere...He's a gorgeous dog, and I don't want him to get picked up, and then eventually put to sleep.
