hi julie i totally just seen that... ummm no breeding
Yes it is true. Our kennel is handled collaboration of different people. My cousins breed the pitbulls, my sister breed the shih tzus, and I breed the beagles. I'm just seeking other people's opinions on what to do. Maybe I'm we're missing something out. My dog has no demodex (None of them ever had that) and she's already more than 2 years old. The one you saw on my webpage were probably our puppies. We are not irresponsible breeders. We give our pets the best care we could give. I'm glad a lot of people responded with a lot of nice suggestions. Thank you.

Whats a Troll?

Is it possible this is another Troll?

Hey, whats a troll? Are you referring to me? I think that statement is very unfair. You don't even know me. I posted a polite and very simple question and I got a lot of rude answers. I guess that reflects your personalities. I can't blame you if you were raised that way.

Bowowee... In defense of some of the chaz members who may have come across rudely, I can assure you that that was probably not their intent. We live in a world where there are so many unwanted dogs that when we hear a post from someone that sounds like they are unsure of themselves, we get worried, at least I do!!!! I think it is immoral to breed dogs for money or for pets only. I truly believe that if you want to breed a dog you should not have any questions about it when it's time to breed!!!!! Do your research first, before her heat cycle!!!! If you are not competing with your dogs then how do you know they fit their standard? How do you know this breeding will help to improve beagles as a whole? Have you asked yourself what the bitch is lacking that the stud makes up for? There is so much to consider when breeding dogs that I don't even know where to start. Here is a link to read http://www.faqs.org/faqs/dogs-faq/medical-info/whelping/

I wish he'd make himself more clear. This may be his first beagle to breed. If so, these questions should have been asked many moons ago.I would thin the rest of the family breeders would enter the picture since they have a kennel site. Please, Bow, give us more info !

Well, its still not right to call someone a troll or to accuse someone of being a puppy mill. I don't breed dogs for money Showpug. I have other sources of income for that. I'm with my dogs 24/7. They live both in my house and farm. We treat and love them like people. We do not harm our dogs! We don't crop their ears, we don't neuter or spay them! We don't sell to petshops or retailers. As I've told everyone here, YOU DON'T KNOW ME, SO DO NOT JUDGE ME! If you don't want to answer my queries its fine me, just don't give me derogatory remarks because I'm not putting up with it. Its disappointing to see a lot of people here are jerks.
Still, there is nothing wrong with asking questions. Man evolves because he always has a question on his mind. There are always a better way to do things. One of the best ways to acquire knowledge is to ask the opinions of others especially those who are better experienced than you are.

I don't think anyone here are jerks.

You posted two threads that contradict each other.

Either this is your first dog, or you are already a breeder?????????????

I don't even think you realize the threads that we are talking about.

How old are you?

My guess is 13 or 14.

I went to your website. And guess what??????? NOT ONE PEDIGREE!!!! No show records......nothing but the usual back yard breeder stuff that really says nothing. No mention of dogs being checked for any health issues either. So I can only draw the conclusion that you are merely a puppy producer. And I know you and your type very well.

You may have all kinds of good intentions, but you are out of your league claiming to be a breeder. Breeding dogs entails much more than just throwing two dogs together to "do it". It involves research into the bloodlines........knowing personally what every dog behind your dogs looked like, what faults they had, what good/bad things they passed to their offspring.

You are not a breeder, obviously. If you are not a breeder yet insist on producing puppies, then you are a backyard breeder. Sorry but them there is simply the facts.

You can hang around and learn what makes a good, responsible, educated breeder, or you can just go on adding to the dog population of the world. The choice is yours.

Yeah. Spaying or Neutering is what you "show people" like doing to your pets who don't pass your standard of excellence. You spay or neuter the ugly ones and let the show types keep theirs. That is discrimination. If you were a dog would you like to be neutered? I don't think so! Same with ear cropping! If you were a dog would you like your ears cropped? I don't think so! Well, what if your mother cropped your ears would you like that? What if your mother vasectomized you because you're ugly and not beautiful would you like that? People like you are cruel. Stop discriminating, stop being arrogant, stop being a hypocrite.

I tend to agree with everyone. Your website is very short and lacking very important information. What health tests where done on your dogs? Do your dogs participate in shows? If so how do they do? How are they socialized with children, or elderly people? If you want people to take you seriously you need to give better information than that. A good breeder should have spent years researching and owning the breed they want to breed before attempting to breed. They should have helped in breeding sessions with that breed as well as the birthing process so you should already know what to do.

spaying and neutering animals not fit for the showing rink is responsible. If they are not great quality puppies that will enhance whichever breed they are then theyshould be spayed/neutered before leaving you or the owners should be made to sign a spay/neuter contract. All that does is have the dog run risks of getting cancers that could have been avoided by fixing them seeing as they aren't being bred. It's just kind to the animal. Having all your puppies that are not show quality leave with a spay/neuter contract is all part of responsible breeding.

I'm sorry about that. Well, in time that could be fixed. That is my very first website and I really had a hard time doing that. The contents would be updated as time goes by. The only problem I'm having is how come most of the people here are arrogant and mean...So, simple a question this what I get.

I respect your opinion. Still for me, that is cruelty and discrimination. You would severe the dogs "joy" because of a "show"? Poor dogs.

mostly because the people that come on here that are breeders don't need to ask how to breed the dogs they are breeding because they already researched and have been there through breedings of dogs not their own. Also they have mentors to help. They can go to a breeder of the same breed of dog for help when they have questions. When someone comes on saying they are a breeder and there dog is in heat what do they do it raises a red flag for everyone.
