Personally, and I don't mean this to be harsh - if you have no clue, AND she has demodex, and this is her first heat (which is what it sounds like) - this dog has NO BUSINESS being bred.
Before the dog is bred, I would thoroughly research, plan, prepare and proove the dog worthy of breeding.
Has she been temperament tested, has she began working towards titles? Does she have her health testing complete and have they come up perfect?
Have you found a breeder to mentor you and offer advice?
I think you are jumping into this too soon and you should step back and determine if the dog is REALLY worthy of being bred. Breeding should be done to BETTER the breed.
And a dog with active demodex should never be bred.

I agree 100% with what has already been said, is this her 1st heat? if so Why are you breeding? she is far too young, if she is older than this have you had ALL the official health check for your breed done, and was she clear of any of these health problems, just because you have a bitch, is not a good reason for breeding, before you should even think of breeding you should at least research into what it entails, do you know you could possibly lose your bitch due to complications, she may need a ceasar operation (very costly) have you got homes vetted for the litter once they arrive?
There are more than enough litters being born from dogs with health problems, that end up in rescue all over. why would you possibly want to add to this number?
You have obviously NOT thought this through or done any research whatsoever, otherwise you would not have asked such a basic question. if you love your dog, do NOT go ahead with any breeding til she has proven she is worthy of breeding off and is old enough to do so. and please keep any entire males away from her at this moment in time. Help is always on hand here for someone who wishes to breed responsibly.

well i do have to agree with kim... and the others... though titling isnt everything testing is...age is... temperment testing is... if the dog has already gotten a medical condition you should never breed during that time anyway number one.
secondly you need to find someone and have them guide you. It isnt easy to breed dogs... and they should never be bred before 2 years. lol... only after that... and is the dog akc... if not THEN no dont do it anyway... the dog isnt really up to the breeding... demodex now !!!!! no dont friggin breed... even if she didnt she is to young and she hasnt been tested... aaaaaaaaaaah!
