Frankly, although I'm all for scooping the poop, this is insane even if it WAS her dog's poop.

But really, the most shocking part of this whole story isn't the alleged brutality, but that the NYPD was actually enforcing the poop scoop law.

This has me scratching my head? WTF do they mean by that?!

OMG! :yikes: Why does this police brutality continue to shock me? Those are some nasty bruises. There is SO MUCH of this crap going on and so many like stories. We now live in a police state, of course. But it still continues to feel so outlandish. I'm sure, as we go along, we'll all get better desensitized to it.....I mean...we'll have to, I guess.
