I bought my dogs Milk-Bone treat with bad breath cleaner in the milk-bone.
one of my dog's breath smells really bad. But only the one with no stinky breath likes the treat, and Browny, the one who really needs to eat it wont eat it.
Is there any yummy dog-treats with healthy, good stuff in it that you recommend?

NaturaPet makes some under the Innova and Karma labels. Sometimes you can find good bakery made treats sold at a pet supply store, and there are a lot of recipes that you can make yourself. Mother Hubbard's are fairly good - not as good as they used to be, but pretty good. I've gotten some made by Barnstone that were good - Bimmer liked the buffalo stew ones really well. There is another brand (can't remember the name - AARRRGGHH!) but the girls liked the carrot cakes made by them.

I buy my dog's Eagle Pack treats (although it took awhile for mine to acquire a taste for them). I also give them Charleebear treats (while training) and they really seem to like those.

if you have a dog with bad breath, in most cases the underlying problem are bad teeth.

giving some nice, raw bones is going to help much more than giving some treat in an attempt to cover up the odor. :)
