New Purina Busy Bone

Well, yeah Mack gets the raw beef soup bones once a week and he also has the bully sticks. But he prefers the jumbone and busy bones to ANY of those. So if he likes them I don't see the problem of giving him one every other week. I don't feel as though I am wasting my money on manufactured bones for him because I know that he really likes them.

I just meant for ME...that I wouldn't waste MY money on manufactured products. It's mainly cause I'm so darned impressed with their clean teeth, for ME it's where I have to put the bucks spent...only have so much..ya know? LOL I was actually just trying to make the point about the teeth cleaning...not being unkind. So, if someone was like me..had a limit on budget..then the chicken might be the way to go. Of course it's never wrong to treat you pup to what they love.

oh, sorry. I have a limited budget too that's why I use the beef soup bones most the time. The busy bones and jumbone are expensive but every so often I try to get them for him because he likes them better than the other bones.

Yeah, well, I realized IAMS is a good food since my dogs havent keeled over or gotten horribly ill, but don't go posting the ingedients and trying to convince me otherwise, cause everything you'll say ill have heard at least 2 other times, and its not gonna change what my dogs eat. Anyways, try Busy Bones. My dogs loved them.

Yes WE. I'm extremely disappointed in you too. You seemed so mature and open to learning about health care and diet when you first joined. I'm not sure what's caused this turn of events but I find it disappointing.

She's still young she has plenty of time to learn. I mean right now she can't really do anything about it anyways, since she's probably not the one buying the dog's food. I could see being mad at her for that but seeing that she can't buy the food for her dogs you really can't blame her. I'm sure she probably doesn't have very much of an imput in what they eat.

I understand that Julie but earlier she was showing that she comprehended that there were differences between quality food... And now this. That's why it's disappointing. I totally understand not having control of your life and your decisions when you are living at home still. And I'm not mad. Just disappointed that she's not as open as I thought she was.

Guys, it looks like this thread is becoming pointless. We(myself included) have argued this point with this individual many times before. Lets not pull our hair out trying to convince her to switch. Sadly, Bageldog will learn from experience and maybe that will be enough to persuade her to change the food.

Nedim, I'm sure glad we have you, and BigDoggyDaddy, and BabyBlue and Milo and Scob and Breeze and so many others out there like you . . . I know there are more, you are just the ones that I know are teens. I don't worry so much about the future when I think about you guys.
