I got Tips last night. He had a 5 hour car ride before I picked him up, and it's pretty hot here. He's been peeing fine (although in the house, lol), but he hasn't pooped since we got him. He's healthy but a bit skinny.

He hasn't eaten quite as much as he's supposed to either, probably half a cup between last night and today, but he got a few treats as well (he's around 6-7 lbs). We had to change his regular food.

I'm almost sure it took Boris a while to poop after we got him because he was stressed, so just want to make sure there is nothing to worry about. I have an appointment at the vet on Wednesday for a check up.

I know, he just wasn't really used to it yet so I figured it wouldn't be such a big deal. Plus, I don't think he has ever had treats in his life either... They were normal, not at all runny either.

And I'll definitely remember the stool sample, he probably has worms as all puppies do.

Probably what he ate wasnt right food for him.
when I got my pup at first, first 2 days, he didn't poo nor pee.
It's a new dog.
Don't worry.
After a while, he should poop a lot :)

Pups never have worms if the breeders checked the female and the pups after whelp. I always sent in the pups stool samples and with many litters none had worms. You cannot free a b*tch of worms after breeding....all this is planned ahead if you plan to breed.
