Goofy half-assed standing ears

Notice in the first pic her nose is discolored and has pink on it, I'm told that the lack of pigmentation is due to a lack in nutrition - but it darkened up! We know her ears were floppy due to the lack of good food, as within days of getting her home and feeding her they started to stand, I have the feeling that's why they didn't want her anymore.

Those ball catching pics are adorable - especially the one with her tongue out!

That's so sad that someone didn't feed her right and actually wanted to get rid of her for such a ridiculous reason as her ears not standing properly.

It is sad. She's a great dog too. When I got her (8-9 months old) she weighed about 30 lbs and her ears wouldn't stand at all. Oddly enough within a few days of feeding her up her ears started to perk up...with a little taping they stood well, and now she's "bat dog".

I agree, we don't see near enough of her. And I feel you on the ear thing - as much as I love Bella's ears, I wish her problem had been lack of nutrition, then maybe I wouldn't be fighting yeast infections in her ears all the time.

But Bella has such a pretty face that it makes up for floppy ears.

I find I have to clean Lacey's ears out a lot, they get grimey really easily.

I didn't know that about the pink nose, interesting.

Kody's nose has always been pink in the middle, but that was like that since he was a puppy. He was on raw for a while too, and it didn't change.

How much does she weigh?

Chance is standing firm at 70 pounds, but lacey seems a bit more full than him. Not fat, just fuller.

Oh wow. Shes considerably smaller. You know what though I looked again and she's not as long as Chance is. Chance has a very long torso...
