Hey, my names Luke, I'm 18 and live in Australia. My baby is a 20 week old doberman puppy going by the name of Lizmain Seishin of Storm, or Seishin for short.
An odd name I know, but Lizmain is the kennel name, Storm was the name of his grandfather, and also my old doberman who sadly passed away recently had the kennel name Lizmain Stormgirl.
Seishin is Japanese for spirit, so in essence I was trying to commemorate the memory of Chloe (Lizmain Stormgirl).
Anyway, enough of my rambling, here's some pics.

6 Weeks

20 Weeks (Now)

He just had his breeders terms revoked (Had to be neutered, as the line is worth over $20kAUD), so now he's a show dog because of his intelligent, calm and loving nature. (Tell that to my pillow  )

Here is a pic of him being stacked:

You have a very nice looking dobe there SizzleDog. I'm not so much a fan of the red, but yours looks gorgeous.
I'm not too keen on the second last photo though, makes his head look like it's the same thickness of this neck. Looks odd.

deathsminion, which photo are you referring to?

Personally, I think Seishin looks pretty good. It's nice to see dobes from other countries. I love his front assembly. The ears throw me off a bit though... I'm used to cropped and erect!

Of course, Sei is young - he's still got a lot of filling out to do... I look forward to seeing his progress!

Thanks Sizzle, I mean the one with just his head, above the one with him being stacked.
Tail docking and ear cropping are illegal in Australia, but dobes look shocking with tails, and they break them a lot if they do keep them, so we managed to get around that one. (It was completely humane, done by a vet who is a close family friend.)
If we'd done the ear cropping he wouldn't have been allowed to compete, or even go to dog obedience, so it was better off to leave him be. His mother is an American *****, by the name of Cinderella with the cropped ears. In fact I have a pic of her:

I've seen some working dobes with ears and tails... crazy stuff! I don't htink I'd mind the ears natural, but I refuse to owna dobe with a tail! ;)
