Wasn't around here yesterday so missed this thread ... read your first post then went straight to the last page to be SURE Strider was found!!

So glad he's back safe and sound!! Hope your husband's finally learned his lesson about NOT letting Strider off-leash during walks!!!!

Yes, of course you had told him beforehand ... repeatedly. But telling most guys anything does about as much good as telling most kids anything. Both groups tend to do whatever they want anyway ... then when something happens they come back to you pouting: "But I don't understand why it happened!!"

You don't undertand? Well, duh!! How about I freakin' told you not to do that, that this is exactly what was likely to happen, etc. etc. Grrrrrr!!!
