My old dog won't stop barking at the new dog!

Whenever the Shepherd barks at the Corgi, don't yell at her to be quiet. When another pack member barks (you) the other pack member (your dog) thinks, "Hey! She's barking, I should bark too!" If you want her to be quiet, clap your hands or give some other hand signal.
Do you just leave the food down? I don't recommend doing this for various reasons. When your dogs are eating, seperate them.

Well, when we were introducing Blackie (a semi-dog aggresive dog we have) to a freinds GR puppy, Blackie started barking. I was like, "Blackie! Hush up!" and he stopped. When he stopped barking I praised him. Probably not the best thing to do, but I didn't want him scaring Mattie.
Well, after a couple more tries, he stopped barking and just watched her. Rose only barked the first time, and then ignored her completly. She pretended she wasn't there and it was only me. lol

Now I'm having trouble with Rocket poking our new dog (we decided to name her Bagel) with his nose. He won't give either! She'll either just stand there and take it or start to growl at him and make an attempt to bite (but I don't think she'll actually hurt him), but all that won't stop Rocket from bothering her. I don't know what to do, except keep them seperate for a small amount of time, but then Rocket just gets more excited when he sees her again.
Sounds like Rocket is trying to get to know the new one and see if Bagel is any fun, and maybe make sure that Bagel knows who the boss dog is. They can do some pretty funny things in the beginning. When we first brought Shiva home, Bimmer would try to stay on the back of the sofa where she couldn't reach him. It was too funny; watching him walk on the back of the sofa, lay on the back of the sofa and just generally hang out there while Shiva yipped and yelped and tried to climb up on the sofa to get to him. Once she got big enough to climb up on the sofa he had to play with her, lol!

Yeah, I think Rocket is just bullying her around. He is a lot bigger than her though, and he does this little galloping thing whenever he gets excited... like a horse you could say. I'm afraid he might land on her and hurt her, but Rocket seems to be calming down now.
Bagel and Rocket are sure two different kinds (Bagel is very very mellow, sleeps a lot, and doesn't play much, Rocket is very hyper, plays often, and only sleeps when people aren't around), but hopefully they can learn to live with each other. Rocket sure gets jealous whenever anyone pets Bagel, and he'll then attempt to get between us and boss around Bagel. I want him to understand that I have enough love for both, but he seems very hard headed, both figuratively and literally (he headbutted my mom once on accident, and she had a headache the rest of the day).

My little sister was smart mouthing me one day when I was trying to tell her she had to move to the side when Purdue (my First Shepherd) charged - playing his version of the old "Chicken" game. Well, she didn't listen and made some nasty remarks to me. Purdue charged her; she didn't move like I told her to and he lowered his head and nailed her with the "wisdom bump" on top of his head.

Hey guys, thanks for all the help! They are starting to get along, although Rocket still pokes her from time to time.
But I'm having another concern with Bagel. She is starting to make these weird noises... I don't know how to explain it, but the closest sound I can think of is how someone has mucus stuck in their throat, and they make that weird "haaaack" kinda sound. She does it once in a while, but when she starts, she goes on for a while. I do plan on taking her to the vet soon, but I want to know if this should be of any concern.
