I think you could call that person a "personal assistant". My brother has Asperger's as well and I understand how communication can be difficult sometimes.

In reference to making it easier for people to understand your writings, is your friend okay with being referred to by their first name (or even a made up name if you don't want people to know your first name), instead of "my friend"? That might make it easier to understand.

Like this....

Also, does your friend prefer to be referred to in third person or second person when replied to?

Second person ex: Do you like to be referred to in third or first person?
Actually in the web pages of the city where my friend lives in, they offered "personal assistant" as a translation for it. However, when my friend tried searching it in english, she got also results that didn't relate to disable people in any way. So, my friend wasn't sure if that was a right translation.

Actually you had already suggested that I would refer to my friend with some name. However, my friend hadn't managed to do any decisions about it before I told her that I need to quit.

When my friend can continue writing the messages with the next "worker", you can refer to her in the third person but you can also answer directly to my friend as long as you show which one you are talking to.
