my farting dog help

okie i have a golden retriever puppy (the andrex dog) and hes just 3 months old..but the problem is...he farts a lot and they silent but deadily. The vert said give him one yogurt spoon every day and we have but it hasnt done anything. Can any1 help? plz :confused:

gee the vet told you only that?
He should have told you that it's because of what the dog eats...

There is a food sold by walmart that is called old roy, we call it old farts. I had a farty lab that my roommate made him take a tablespoon of mylanta every night. That worked, I didn't think to see if it was safe because i was young and dumb, yet he lived to an old age so i guess it didn't hurt him any. Is there a gas x for dogs? Do charcoal biscuits for dogs make a difference? Our feed store sells them as treats. They are good for sour stomachs, that much I know is true.

Shiva even managed to fart on the Innova puppy (probably due to her 'kitchen foraging' habits :rolleyes: ), but once we switched to the Innova EVO the farting disappeared - to the great relief of all! She was a real stinker, and like yours, silent but deadly. Sitting on the sofa between Shiva and Charley was unthinkable sometimes! :eek:
