My dogs been acting weird I think my step dad is raping her....

I've just moved in with my mom and step dad while my house is being updated... my dog has always been happy but lately she's been hollering and acting distant... she's a house dog and now wants to stay outside in the cold... plus her tail is always down now and it's seems like her legs hurt her... I do t have the cash right now to take her to the vet and I k ow this is crazy but i think my step dad has raped her because when he comes a round she hides or screams... anyone have any suggestions on how a dog acts when it's been raped ... thank you

That is a much more likely scenario. Have you seen him interact with other animals? How does he treat them?

My dog was once hit by a neighbor and whenever he sees him, you can see how scared he is. He backs off immediately with his tails down, even his head is bowing down. So I think your dad just hit her.

Is there anyway you could go stay somewhere else with your animal? Whatever is going on with your dog and your step dad is it not normal or good, your dog needs you to protect it and I think this may be the only way to do this. Please let us know what you decided to do.
