My dog keeps hitting me

I told her we were going to the park but I jumped on the computer a moment. She came over, jumped on the back of the couch and walked over to me and started smacking me repeatedly in the head with her paw as hard as she could. (her claws hurt!)

I have heard it's bad to hit your dog, but what about the dog hitting me?
