I'm moving saturday... and I'm trying to pack.


I think my stuff had babies. :yikes: I have NO IDEA where all this STUFF came from. :eek:

That is all.

If I don't post in the next few days - I have been eaten by STUFF. :eek:

Um, WHERE are you moving? Bigger place? Closer to something place? WHAT? Did I miss all this info elsewhere?

And yes, stuff multiplies when we turn out the lights! The key to keeping down clutter is leave a night light burning, LOLOL

Every time I have to move I let go some more. Books for example are so heavy. THe ones I saved for the children when they got older where not the books they wanted to read. Haven't worn it for a year?bye bye. I figure a few more moves I will have it down to a back pack. I hear ya, and I wish you a safe move (be careful and dont' try to do too much by yourself) and a happy new home.

Oh my gosh, I hear you! I moved 4 times in 5 years, and am so thankful that I BOUGHT this house and won't be leaving it for years and years! Every time we'd start packing, I'd estimate a day or two to box stuff up, and a week later we'd be almost finishing it up.

And I am so not a stuff person. I regularly toss stuff, donate it to goodwill, etc...but WOW does it add up quickly!

SO & I are moving in together. :p So yes bigger place. :D

I tossed so much stuff - but I still I'm still going to have about 25 boxes when I finished. I live in 300sf studio right now. I have no idea where it all came from. My place wasn't cluttered either. :confused: I will admit I do have about 5 boxes in my basement that are just sitting there.

That sounds like me! We moved every year over a span of 5 years, and it felt SO good to settle into our house! We've been here for 3 years, and I don't want to move again for a long while!

I promise I will :D I think I posted a thread with a few pictures - but we're painting saturday, so it'll be totally different. :)
